Gravitas is a remote first firm. We work with team members across locations and maintain a flexible model designed for performance, balance, and collaboration. Some client engagements may require travel to site, but our approach is structured to support focus and sustainability. The current Gravitas career architecture includes Analyst, Consultant, Engagement Manager, Principal, and Partner roles.
1. Analyst
Who you will work with:
As an Analyst at Gravitas, you will work on solving interesting strategy, operations, and technology problems for our clients.
What you will do:
Analysts utilize broad problem-solving and data analysis skills to build hypothesis-based recommendations. You will typically work in a team of 2-5 members with oversight from Engagement Managers and Principals.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or master’s degree or 1+ years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree; Requirements may vary by country or practice.
2. Consultant
Who you will work with:
As a Consultant at Gravitas, you will work on solving interesting strategy, operations, and technology problems for our clients.
What you will do:
Consultants leverage advanced consulting skills, intellectual capital and research, and stakeholder management to help deliver outcomes on client engagements. You will typically work in a team of 2-5 members with oversight from Engagement Managers and Principals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent (typically 5+ years) work experience preferred; Requirements may vary by country or practice.
3. Engagement Manager
Who you will work with:
You will typically lead a team of 2-5 members with oversight from Principals or Partners of the firm. You may have Analysts and Consultants as direct reports.
What you will do:
As an Engagement Manager, you will lead small to medium-sized engagements. Engagement Managers are responsible for problem-solving, hypothesis-based recommendations, stakeholder communication, and team coordination for the engagement. Engagement Managers coach Analysts and Consultants, while ensuring high-quality outputs. By taking ownership of the engagement deliverables, Engagement Managers allow Principals and Partners to focus on strategic business development activities with the clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record; Advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
8+ years of business management or consulting experience in a reputed company
4. Principal
Who you will work with:
You will typically lead multiple teams of 2-5 members with oversight from Partners of the firm. You may have Engagement Managers and Consultants as direct reports.
What you will do:
Principals are leaders, strategic thinkers, and flawless practitioners. Principals help win new engagements, and grow existing accounts. Principals bring deep industry and domain knowledge along with expert consulting skills. Principals coach Consultants and Engagement Managers to enhance leadership and delivery skills.
Qualifications:

Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

10+ years of work experience after graduate school, with a distinctive record of professional achievement and impact.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and in-depth of knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business situations.

Proven thought leadership within his/her industry space including production, syndication/publication of marketable knowledge.
5. Partner
Who you will work with:
You will join our leadership team to work hand in hand with colleagues and clients on solving our clients' most important business challenges.
What you will do:
Partners lead by example setting a tone for the firm's culture, develop strategic business relationships, and support the overall growth of the firm. Partners are recognized leaders that bring new clients, and nurture existing accounts. Partners typically own a practice area based on industry, function, skills, technologies etc.
Qualifications:

Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

13+ years of work experience after graduate school, with an accomplished career of managing consulting practices and nurturing client relationships.

Seasoned leader with strong entrepreneurial drive, who thrives on intellectual challenge and raises the bar in terms of client service delivery and client relationship management.

Recognized thought leader in their industry or domain, with exceptional public speaking skills, research, publications etc.
