Her focus areas include digital product development, agile transformation, design library and user experience, software development, and building sell-side M&A applications. Priyanka worked at J.P. Morgan London as a Vice-President for six years before she joined Gravitas Consulting. She holds a first-class, first-rank degree from the University of Bristol in M.Eng. Electronic and Communication Engineering. She has prior vocational experience in space research at RAL Space UK, McKinsey & Co, and a Microsoft gold partner. After spending a decade in the United Kingdom, Priyanka moved to Toronto to lead Gravitas.

John is a recognized expert in Information Technology service optimization, working with IT leaders and teams to achieve their transformation and cost optimization objectives. He has proven experience delivering successful enterprise improvement programs encompassing IT Strategy, Process and Operations Improvement, Digital and Technology Procurement, and Vendor Management to a diverse portfolio of clients spanning SMBs, Governments, Non-Profits, and Global 500 corporations. John is based out of Florida, United States.

Kristen joins with over 18 years of consulting and multiple industry experience in process optimization, software implementation, supply chain management and business operations strategy. With experience on various size-scaled projects, Kristen places high importance on implementing best practices with integrity, prioritization, and a personalized touch while striving to deliver on-time always and exceeding customer expectations. With open communication and high attention to detail, Kristen continuously strives to improve, streamline, and standardize at all opportunities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. She is based out of New Jersey and will co-lead the Program & Change Management practice.

Shubham is a Consultant at Gravitas in the Analytics practice. He has a keen interest in the finance and automobile industry. Prior experience includes recruiting technology talent with a US staffing firm. He likes to network through conferences and seminars. Shikhar joined Gravitas after graduating from the Ivey MBA program. Shikhar enjoys sharpening his analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and stakeholder management skills with a leadership orientation. He is enrolled in the CFA program, MITx Supply Chain Management course, and has a graduate certificate in public policy. He is also interested in spirituality, philosophy, and psychology – he is a certified yoga instructor, a meditation enthusiast, and a mental health advocate. He is based in Ottawa, Canada.

Mr. Vimal Nagpal is a retired Naval veteran with over 35 years of experience in Aerospace, Business Development, Operations, and Leadership.

Vimal believes in leading from the front and leveraging his strong acumen to develop teams for business growth. During his career in the Navy and the commercial sector, Vimal has set up and led new organizations, establishing strategic plans, procedures, and operations successfully. Vimal is an advisor to Gravitas.
