Kapil Nagpal is a strategy and operations leader with deep expertise in digital transformation, supply chain, and CIO advisory. He has led high-performing consulting teams, program offices (PMO), and impactful client engagements. Kapil has advised C-suite executives in the restaurant, retail, higher education, and pharma industries to drive digital transformation, governance, cost optimization, process improvements, and organizational effectiveness.

Kapil has an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is based out of Toronto.

Jazz Singh is a seasoned leader in cybersecurity, digital product strategy, and risk management. With experience at Equifax and TD Bank, he specializes in securing digital ecosystems, driving transformation, and enhancing resilience. His expertise strengthens Gravitas Consulting’s ability to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that drive business impact. Jazz is based in Toronto.

Priyanka Nagpal brings deep financial services industry experience across treasury services and investment banking. Her focus areas include digital product development, agile transformation, design library and user experience, software development, and building sell-side M&A applications. She worked at J.P. Morgan London as a Vice-President for six years before she joined Gravitas.

Priyanka has a Masters in Engineering from the University of Bristol and is based in Toronto.

Pete Shah joins Gravitas and Laminar as a Senior Advisor with over 20 years of leadership experience driving customer success, growth, profitability, and enterprise value for global software and services companies. A seasoned go-to-market executive, Pete has led high-performing, international teams driving impactful outcomes for the commercial enterprise and public sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. metro area, he will support Gravitas and Laminar in delivering transformative growth and operational excellence for clients.

Ankit brings over six years of management consulting experience, specializing in tech strategy, digital optimization, project management, and business development. He has led high-performing teams and advised clients across industries, including technology, CPG, real estate, and e-commerce. Ankit excels in identifying opportunities, designing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring successful implementation for sustainable business growth. He holds an MBA from York University and is based in Toronto.

Shubham is a Consultant at Gravitas in the Analytics practice. He has a keen interest in the finance and automobile industry. Prior experience includes recruiting technology talent with a US staffing firm. He likes to network through conferences and seminars. Shubham loves to lead with determination and high energy in all his professional engagements. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management and Finance. Shubham is based out of New Delhi, India.

Abigail joins us as a full-time Analyst after graduating from the Master of Management Science at the Schulich School of Business. She brings expertise in financial analysis, data visualization, and data-driven problem-solving. She has applied her skills across operations optimization, DEI policy evaluation, and corporate strategy, delivering actionable insights that enhance efficiency and impact. Abigail is based in Toronto.

John is a recognized expert in Information Technology service optimization, working with IT leaders and teams to achieve their transformation and cost optimization objectives. He has proven experience delivering successful enterprise improvement programs encompassing IT Strategy, Process and Operations Improvement, Digital and Technology Procurement, and Vendor Management to a diverse portfolio of clients spanning SMBs, Governments, Non-Profits, and Global 500 corporations. John is based out of Florida, United States.

Mr. Vimal Nagpal is a retired Naval veteran with over 35 years of experience in Aerospace, Business Development, Operations, and Leadership.

Vimal believes in leading from the front and leveraging his strong acumen to develop teams for business growth. During his career in the Navy and the commercial sector, Vimal has set up and led new organizations, establishing strategic plans, procedures, and operations successfully. Vimal is an advisor to Gravitas.

Art Robbins is a seasoned Management Consultant with over 30 years of experience helping clients from Fortune 100 to entrepreneurial companies successfully develop and implement their growth strategies. Art also supports early-stage companies as an Innovation Advisor to UCI Beall Applied Innovation. Art's career has spanned multiple consulting companies in executive roles, including American Management Systems, Ernst & Young, and Frost & Sullivan.

Art holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is based in Southern California.

Kristen has over 18 years of consulting and multiple industry experience in process optimization, software implementation, supply chain management and business operations strategy. With experience on various size-scaled projects, Kristen places high importance on implementing best practices with integrity, prioritization, and a personalized touch while striving to deliver on-time always and exceeding customer expectations.
