OUR APPROACH

1. Evaluate the digital readiness score

Our digital readiness scorecard measures how prepared an organization is for digital transformation. We consider factors, such as an organization's technology infrastructure, digital skills and capabilities, organizational culture, and overall digital strategy.

The score is used to assess the current state of an organization's digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement. We can also benchmark an organization's digital readiness against industry peers, track progress over time, and identify areas for improvement.

2. Craft a bold digital strategy

We help our clients design a bold digital strategy that sticks, scales, and is focused on values and outcomes.

  1. Identify business objectives that the client wants to achieve through digital transformation. This could include increasing revenue, improving customer experience, optimizing operations, or entering new markets.

  2. Analyze the market and industry to understand the trends, opportunities, and threats that may impact the client's business.

  3. Craft a bold digital strategy and develop a balanced score card of initiatives and metrics by functions tied to the overall strategy.

3. Identify operating model gaps and build a digital-enabler roadmap

  1. Assess the client's operating model for gaps in digital capabilities. We evaluate the enterprise architecture, technology infrastructure, digital skills, data analytics capabilities, customer engagement channels, and culture for operating model gaps.

  2. Identify the gaps that need to be addressed to achieve  digital objectives.

  3. Develop a roadmap that outlines the steps required to achieve the digital objectives. The roadmap includes prioritized initiatives, timelines, resource requirements, and expected outcomes and ways to measure the actual outcomes.

4. Plan, execute, and manage transformation at scale

Planning and change management are critical components of successful digital initiatives.

  1. Clearly define the vision and scope of the initiative including the business objectives, expected outcomes, and key stakeholders.

  2. Assess the impact on the organization and identify any potential risks or challenges.

  3. Develop a project plan that outlines the activities, timelines, and resource requirements for the initiative.

  4. Engage stakeholders across the organization to check awareness, readiness, and skillsets.

  5. Execute the initiative and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables, and adjust the plan as needed.

  6. Measure the impact of the digital initiative on the organization, and communicate the results to stakeholders.

  7. Embed the change into the organization's culture and processes to ensure that the benefits are sustained over the long term.
