Introduction
A Project Management Office (PMO) acts as the organization's central hub for project oversight, control, and consistency, ensuring that all projects are carried out effectively and consistently and that they are in line with the organization's overarching goals and objectives. A PMO is critical to the successful execution and delivery of projects in any organization. The primary responsibilities of a PMO include overall project management, oversight, and project delivery.
